I started in agencies where wearing multiple hats wasn't optional. I ran accounts from research through launch, connecting strategy, creative, and performance. That taught me to pressure-test ideas against real execution, make tradeoffs early, and ship quickly when assumptions break.

Customer needs and business goals aren't separate. They're the same problem viewed from different angles. Brand affinity and conversion aren't opposing forces. They're a flywheel.
